Booking your appointment

All three bars - Brickell, Midtown, and Downtown - share one online scheduler; the Book button at the top of every page takes you straight to it. Choose your location, your treatment, and the time that fits. Booking online is the only way to guarantee a specific artist and chair.

Arriving for your visit

Please arrive a few minutes before your start time. Consultations happen chairside: your artist maps your brow or lash shape and confirms the plan with you before the treatment begins, so the full appointment fits its booked window.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Plans change - reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment. Manage it through the same booking link you reserved with, or call your bar directly using the phone numbers on our locations pages, and we’ll find you a new time.

Late cancellations and no-shows

Your appointment time is reserved just for you, so changes inside the 24-hour window carry a fee:

• Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment: 50% of the booked service.
• Not arriving for your appointment without notice (a no-show): 100% of the booked service.

Running late

We hold your chair for 5 minutes past your start time. After that, your artist may need to shorten the treatment to fit the remaining window or rebook you for another day - either way it’s treated as a late cancellation, so please call ahead if you’re delayed.

Cards on file

A card on file holds your booking. Nothing is charged when you reserve - it’s only charged for a late cancellation or no-show, as described above.

Sensitivities and patch tests

Tinting, lamination, and lash lifts use products formulated for brows and lashes, applied by trained professionals. If you’ve ever reacted to wax, dye, or perming solutions, tell us when you book - our team will consult with you before the appointment.
